On the afternoon of September 24, Li Shuyong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Hubei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and his team visited the Xiangyang Zhongbo Welding Skills Training School under Hubei Xianghua Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct research on the current status and future planning of welder vocational education.

At the on-site training base of Hubei Xianghua Machinery, the research team visited the training workshop, observing the students' intense and orderly welding skills training while engaging in lively discussions with Principal Jiang Wuchang of the Zhongbo Welding Vocational Training School. Principal Jiang provided a detailed introduction to the school's unique teaching model, including a teaching system that combines theory and practice, flexible and diverse course offerings, and how to enhance teaching quality and students' employment competitiveness through school-enterprise cooperation.

He also shared the significant achievements the school has made in cultivating skilled welding talents, including the number of high-skilled talents produced, students' awards in various skill competitions, and the widespread recognition of graduates' skill levels by enterprises and society.
