       On the occasion of the Dragon Year festival, on February 2, 2024, the annual meeting and award ceremony of Hubei Xianghua Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. was held as scheduled. Leaders from the Municipal Special Inspection Institute, various external cooperation units, and all employees of Xianghua Machinery gathered together to reflect on 2023 and look forward to 2024.

       At the beginning of the annual meeting celebration, everyone watched the promotional video of Xianghua Machinery, reviewing how it started its development in 1969 through hard work, regained vitality in the spring breeze of reform, was baptized in the market economy, and bravely led in transformation and upgrading.

Passing on the torch for sixty years

       After more than fifty years of hard work, Xianghua Machinery has developed into a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research and development, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, installation and debugging, and technical services.

       Stepping out of the country and moving towards the international stage, along the Belt and Road, safeguarding major engineering construction.

Looking back over twenty years

With dreams as our horse, we do not waste our youth

       Ms. Zhang Xin, Chairman of the Xianghua Machinery Trade Union, Director of the Human Resources Department, and Minister of the Finance Department, introduced the development history of Hubei Xianghua Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.

       After the restructuring, the new company was established in July 2003. With less than 7,500 square meters of factory area and over 7 million yuan in employee debt, it actively worked on cultural integration and employee placement, continuously adapting under the new system, new model, new market environment, and new competitive pressures.

       She said that the company has transformed from an enterprise with an annual income of less than 1 million yuan before restructuring to today's annual income of 100 million yuan. This is not only the success of the enterprise but also the pride of Xianghua Machinery employees.

       After a busy year of work, we bid farewell to 2023 with joy and welcome the brand new 2024.

       The past year of 2023 was extremely difficult and challenging. For the company, it was a year of creating miracles and achieving fruitful results, a year that is unforgettable. This year, the company's internal and external image has greatly improved, operational performance has surged, and project management levels have continuously enhanced.

       In 2024, we must fully implement the production and operation plans and various project goals. It is crucial to start well, consolidate the development momentum, achieve the established goals for 2024, and maintain the company's good and fast development. We must seize opportunities, unify our thoughts, act according to the situation, and rise to the occasion.
    At the same time, four requirements are proposed:

    1. Unify thoughts, optimize top-level design, utilize people's strengths, and accommodate their weaknesses.

    2. Reshape culture, learn from excellent enterprises, and build the soul of the enterprise through corporate culture.
