1. Punching heat sink:

Fin forming process: foaming → cutting → punching → stretching → punching louver → flanging → special shape cutting (fin shape) → longitudinal cutting → transverse cutting.

Fin type introduction: flat fins, corrugated fins, bridge fins, and louvers punched on corrugated fins (square, arc, single-sided, double-sided).

Type characteristics: Generally, flat fins and corrugated fins are more conducive to the drainage of condensate, while bridge fins and louvers can increase air disturbance (convective heat transfer), improving heat exchange efficiency.

Key quality control points: flanging height, center distance, hole diameter, scrap pieces, burrs, sharp edges, cracked flanges, and pulled materials.

2. Long U-tube:

Long U-forming process: feeding → straightening → clamping, feeding → cutting → unloading → product forming.

Key quality control points: tube concavity, break difference, length dimensions, and necking rate.

3. Expanding tube:

Key quality control points: product large size (expanding tube height), bell mouth size, bell mouth height, and product appearance quality.

4. Drying:Key quality control points: line speed, temperature.

5. Short U-bend tube:

Key quality control points: product height, center distance, tube concavity, hidden cracks, break difference, and bulging.

6. Short U cleaning:

Key quality control points: cleaning solution concentration, cleaning solution temperature, drying tunnel temperature, and drying time.

7. Short U sleeve:

Key quality control points: solder specifications, sleeve depth, product center distance, and single sleeve.

8. Nitrogen charging, inserting tube:

Key quality control points: tube insertion position consistent with the drawing, nitrogen charging pressure ≥ 0.02MPa.

9. Automatic welding:

Key quality control points: propane and oxygen ratio control, line speed.

10. Manual welding:

Key quality control points: external flame heating, heating time, solder specifications selection, and pre-charging nitrogen.

11. Visual inspection:

Key quality control points: large leaks, micro leaks, false welds, and defective products should all be marked as non-conforming.

12. Offline, warehousing: key control points: labeling, dust prevention.
