       This training focused on researching and analyzing the content and usage methods of 'PDCA' quality management, explaining through case studies to systematically clarify the problems encountered in daily quality management and the corresponding measures for the trainees, and assigned them homework to analyze their work.

       Chairman Xiang Huailin shared: The true purpose of the training is first to change the overall appearance of the company. There are no bad employees, only bad leaders. Only when leaders set correct work goals and plans with the right thoughts and management concepts can employees use their hands and feet well to do the right things. Knowledge can change one's destiny; company leaders with professional knowledge and management skills can change the company.

       The second purpose of the training is to create an environment for the company and form a good learning environment. Internal friction comes from personnel quality. Through learning, change thoughts, arm the brain, achieve a combination of professional knowledge and management knowledge, form a learning atmosphere, and turn the communication content among colleagues into discussions on learning content.

       Chairman Xiang Huailin interpreted:The PDCA work method, combined with the current work of Xianghua Machine, requires the production department to prepare plans for 'people, machines, materials, methods, and environment', the finance department to focus on cost control targets, and the quality department to decompose quality targets to each department. Each department and personnel should implement according to the plan, regularly check progress, timely adjust implementation, respond to emergencies, collect data and information during the implementation process, analyze data, summarize experiences and lessons, continuously optimize targets, and form reports.

       To better promote this work, the human resources department should formulate implementation details, clarify the responsibilities of team members and group leaders; continue to strengthen the quality training of cadres and employees, establish an incentive mechanism; encourage cadres and employees to participate, form an atmosphere, and persist in the long term; strictly assess to ensure implementation.
