In order to further enhance the management level of the company's management personnel and create a good learning atmosphere, Hubei Xianghua Machine held a training on 'PDCA Cycle Work Method' and a special study on 'New Quality Productivity' in the conference room on the afternoon of March 16. 23 members of the company's management participated in the training.
'PDCA Cycle Work Method' training
This training focused on researching and analyzing the content and usage methods of 'PDCA' quality management, explaining through case studies to systematically clarify the problems encountered in daily quality management and the corresponding measures for the trainees, and assigned them homework to analyze their work.
Chairman Xiang Huailin shared: The true purpose of the training is first to change the overall appearance of the company. There are no bad employees, only bad leaders. Only when leaders set correct work goals and plans with the right thoughts and management concepts can employees use their hands and feet well to do the right things. Knowledge can change one's destiny; company leaders with professional knowledge and management skills can change the company.
The second purpose of the training is to create an environment for the company and form a good learning environment. Internal friction comes from personnel quality. Through learning, change thoughts, arm the brain, achieve a combination of professional knowledge and management knowledge, form a learning atmosphere, and turn the communication content among colleagues into discussions on learning content.

Chairman Xiang Huailin interpreted:The PDCA work method, combined with the current work of Xianghua Machine, requires the production department to prepare plans for 'people, machines, materials, methods, and environment', the finance department to focus on cost control targets, and the quality department to decompose quality targets to each department. Each department and personnel should implement according to the plan, regularly check progress, timely adjust implementation, respond to emergencies, collect data and information during the implementation process, analyze data, summarize experiences and lessons, continuously optimize targets, and form reports.

To better promote this work, the human resources department should formulate implementation details, clarify the responsibilities of team members and group leaders; continue to strengthen the quality training of cadres and employees, establish an incentive mechanism; encourage cadres and employees to participate, form an atmosphere, and persist in the long term; strictly assess to ensure implementation.

Chairman Xiang Huailin first led everyone to interpret 'New Quality Productivity', starting from 'new', focusing on 'quality', and landing on 'productivity'. In the recently concluded two sessions, at the meeting organized by the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce for 15 enterprises to study the spirit of the two sessions, and at the meeting of the Party branch of the Hubei Chamber of Commerce yesterday afternoon, 'New Quality Productivity' was mentioned multiple times. Innovation does not mean abandoning traditional industries, but rather innovatively developing on this basis.
Currently, the order-taking form of Xianghua Machine has changed. If our management, style, and production do not innovate, we will regress. On the basis of occupying the right time, place, and people in the traditional equipment manufacturing track, Xianghua Machine should seriously consider how to understand 'New Quality Productivity'. Technological innovation can give birth to new industries, new models, and new driving forces, which are core elements for developing new quality productivity. It is believed that under the guidance of the concept of 'New Quality Productivity', high-end equipment will open a new chapter in development, and Xianghua Machine will also welcome new opportunities.
