    With unwavering初心, we remember the glorious past and strive for a new journey. This year marks the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and is a key year for achieving the goals and tasks of the 14th Five-Year Plan and advancing the practice of Chinese-style modernization in Xiangyang.

    To celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, pay tribute to the great journey of the Communist Party, continue the red bloodline, and draw strength for progress. The Party Branch Committee of Hubei Xianghua Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. carefully organized a unique themed Party Day event titled 'Salute to the Party Flag, Gratitude to the Motherland, Celebrate July 1'. Chairman Xiang Huailin, Party Branch Secretary Zhang Xin, and twelve company members, including outstanding party members and active applicants, participated in the event.

    The event was rich in content and diverse in form, inspiring the patriotism of party members through singing red songs and reinforcing their original mission by revisiting the Party's oath. It included Party class learning and in-depth discussions, which not only enhanced the party members' awareness of party spirit and theoretical literacy but also promoted ideological exchanges among members and improved team cohesion, further igniting everyone's work enthusiasm and injecting strong momentum into the company's high-quality development.

    The event opened with the resounding national anthem. All party members faced the Party flag, raised their right fists, and solemnly swore: 'I volunteer to join the Communist Party of China, support the Party's program, abide by the Party's constitution, fulfill the obligations of a party member, implement the Party's decisions, strictly observe the Party's discipline, keep the Party's secrets, be loyal to the Party, work actively, strive for communism for life, and be ready to sacrifice everything for the Party and the people, never betraying the Party.' In the meeting room of Hubei Xianghua Mechanical Equipment's Party Branch, under the bright red Party flag, echoed the powerful oaths of every party member. These solemn vows demonstrate a Communist Party member's active acceptance of Party spirit and unwavering commitment to the Party's ideals and beliefs.

Subsequently, everyone sang red songs together, such as 'We Workers Have Power' and 'The Red Star is the Heart of Our Workers and Farmers, the Party's Glory Shines for Generations'. These familiar red melodies not only awakened the red memories in everyone's hearts but also ignited the love for the Party and the country in every member present.

    In the Party class learning session, the focus was on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on strengthening and improving ethnic work, while also analyzing and discussing four typical cases of violations of the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations reported by the Xiangyang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision. Through this learning, everyone became more firmly aware that as Communist Party members in the new era, we must always remember the Party's purpose, practice the Party's original mission, continuously improve our own qualities, and contribute to the Party's ethnic work with practical actions, safeguarding the Party's discipline and rules.

    In the subsequent discussion session, party members engaged in a lively discussion around the theme of 'How to leverage the power of party members and cadres to achieve excellence in lean management'. Everyone shared their thoughts based on practical work, offering many valuable opinions and suggestions.

    All party members and cadres unanimously expressed that they should be guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party and Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, remember the noble mission of 'national heavy equipment, manufacturing a strong country', and take 'lean management to create quality brands and create value for customers' as the cornerstone of the company's development. This ensures the long-term success and competitiveness of the enterprise as a key strategy, focusing on new quality productivity, anchoring high-quality development, carrying out practical activities of 'technical breakthroughs and efficiency improvements', and comprehensively launching a new chapter in 'lean benchmark factory construction'. We will continuously explore new paths of 'intelligent manufacturing and green production', fully promote the company's main business towards high-end, intelligent, and green directions, and strive to play a greater role in the new journey of promoting high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry, making unremitting efforts in the construction of Chinese-style modernization.
