Time2024-12-17

       1. Before using the pressure vessel, the user unit should handle the registration procedures for use one by one at the quality and technical supervision agency or authorized department in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Pressure Vessel Use Registration."
       2. No maintenance shall be carried out when there is pressure inside the pressure vessel; if it is necessary to tighten bolts under pressure or to carry out pressure leak sealing due to leakage, effective operational requirements must be formulated according to design specifications and protective measures must be taken: operating personnel should be specially trained for the operation and approved by the technical person in charge; during actual operation, professional technical personnel should be dispatched for on-site supervision.
       3. Pressure vessel operators must hold valid certificates; operators should regularly undergo professional training and safety production education, with training and assessment work being the responsibility of the municipal quality and technical supervision agency or authorized department.
       4. When any of the following abnormal phenomena occur in the pressure vessel, the operating personnel should immediately take emergency measures and report to the relevant departments in a timely manner according to the prescribed reporting procedures.

       (1) The working pressure, medium temperature, or wall temperature of the pressure vessel exceeds the specified value and cannot be effectively controlled after measures are taken.
       (2) The main pressure-bearing components of the pressure vessel show safety-threatening phenomena such as cracks, bulging, deformation, or leakage.
       (3) Safety accessories are ineffective or overfilled.
       (4) Damage to the connecting pipe or fasteners makes it difficult to ensure safe operation.
       (5) A fire or other incidents directly threatening the safe operation of the pressure vessel occurs.
       (6) The liquid level of the pressure vessel exceeds the specified limit and cannot be effectively controlled after measures are taken.
       (7) The pressure vessel and pipeline experience severe vibrations that threaten safe operation.
