       At the material level, the enamel reaction kettle is made by high-temperature firing of a silicon-containing glaze, forming a dense glaze on the metal surface; while the stainless steel reaction kettle is made of stainless steel. In terms of acid resistance, the enamel reaction kettle has a glazed lining inside, making it relatively more acid-resistant than the stainless steel reaction kettle. In terms of heat transfer efficiency, the heat transfer effect of the stainless steel reaction kettle is better than that of the enamel kettle. Under the same heating or warming conditions, the enamel reaction kettle heats or warms more slowly than the stainless steel reaction kettle. In terms of cost, the enamel reaction kettle is much cheaper. For the same volume, the stainless steel reaction kettle is more expensive than the enamel one, but it is lighter than the enamel reaction kettle. In terms of pressure resistance, the enamel reaction kettle can withstand low working pressure, while the stainless steel reaction kettle can withstand high pressure. Therefore, for acidic substances with low working pressure, the enamel reaction kettle can be used, while the stainless steel reaction kettle can be used under pressure.

The differences between stainless steel reaction kettles and enamel reaction kettles are as follows:

1. Material: The enamel reaction kettle is made from silicon-containing porcelain glaze that is high-temperature fired to form a dense porcelain glaze on the metal surface; while the stainless steel reaction kettle is made of stainless steel.

2. Acid resistance: The interior of the enamel reaction kettle has a porcelain glaze lining, making it relatively more acid-resistant than the stainless steel reaction kettle.

3. Heat transfer efficiency: The heat transfer effect of the stainless steel reaction kettle is better than that of the enamel kettle. Under the same heating or cooling conditions, the enamel glass reaction kettle heats or cools more slowly than the stainless steel reaction kettle.

4. Cost: The enamel reaction kettle is much cheaper. For the same volume, the stainless steel reaction kettle is more expensive than the enamel one, but it is lighter than the enamel glass reaction kettle.

5. Pressure resistance: The enamel glass reaction kettle can withstand low pressure, while the stainless steel reaction kettle can withstand high pressure. Therefore, for acidic media with low pressure, the enamel glass reaction kettle can be used, while the stainless steel reaction kettle can be used under pressure.

Both stainless steel reaction kettles and enamel reaction kettles have their own characteristics and advantages. Customers can choose the suitable reaction kettle equipment based on actual usage conditions.
