At this moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, on behalf of Hubei Xianghua Machinery Equipment Company, I extend my sincerest New Year wishes to all employees and their families, as well as to all friends from various sectors who have long cared for and supported the development of Xianghua!

Looking back at 2024, we have mixed feelings; it has been a year full of challenges and opportunities, struggles and harvests.

This year, we actively expanded the market and took strategically significant steps. The team led by me went abroad to Central Asia to participate in the World Oil Equipment Exhibition held in Kazakhstan. This initiative was like a key that opened the door to the Central Asian market. At the exhibition, we showcased the excellent products of Hubei Xianghua Machinery—pressure vessel equipment and waste oil regeneration technology, which received high attention and recognition from international peers and clients. This not only affirms the quality of our products and our technical strength but also lays a solid foundation for us to expand into overseas markets. Our products carry the wisdom and craftsmanship of the people of Xianghua, stepping onto the world stage and allowing more people to recognize the Xianghua Machinery brand.

At the same time, we focused on lean 6S management and achieved remarkable results. With the joint efforts of all employees, our on-site management has undergone a tremendous transformation. The production workshop has changed from chaotic to orderly, with materials placed in a standardized and organized manner, and the working environment is clean and tidy. This change not only enhances our production efficiency but, more importantly, improves the overall image of the company. A clean, orderly, and efficient corporate image is presented to us and to our clients and partners. This achievement is the result of the hard work of every Xianghua person and reflects everyone's deep implementation of the lean management philosophy.

In terms of building the cadre team, we have also made significant progress. Especially among the young middle-level cadres, their management levels and thinking have undergone a qualitative leap this year. They actively learn advanced management experiences and are brave in innovation, playing increasingly important roles in their respective positions. These young cadres are like fresh blood injected into the company's management system, bringing new vitality and momentum to the company's development. They are continuously growing in practice, gradually becoming the backbone of the company's development.

Looking forward to 2025, we are full of confidence and expectations. We will stand at a new starting point and bravely move towards higher goals.

We will continue to deepen our strategic cooperation with Xinjiang Sanbao Company, using the Central Asian market as a breakthrough point to further go abroad and explore a broader international market. We aim to leverage the rich oil resource development opportunities in the Central Asian region, relying on our high-quality products and excellent services to establish a good reputation for Xianghua Machinery in the international market. Our pressure vessel equipment will play a greater role in the international energy construction field, contributing Xianghua's strength to the development of the global energy industry.

In the domestic market, we also need to open up new major clients, integrate resources, and develop together. We will join PetroChina to strive for major projects and long-term equipment, ensuring that the company has orders in the long run. We will adhere to the core service philosophy of "Craftsmanship creates quality, creating value for you." Quality is our lifeline, and we will hold ourselves to higher standards, continuously improving product quality and striving for excellence. Timeliness is our commitment to clients, and we will optimize production processes, improve production efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of products. Service is the bond that establishes long-term cooperative relationships with clients, and we will be client-centered, providing comprehensive and personalized high-quality services. Through differentiated competition in quality, timeliness, and service, we will win more clients' trust and support, consolidating our position in the market.
