       3. Manufacturing process Raw material pretreatment Steel must have its surface purified, shaped, and coated with a protective primer to enhance corrosion resistance. Forming and welding Cylinder forming: The plate is rolled into a cylindrical surface using a plate rolling machine, followed by circumferential welding. Head processing: The head is made using stamping or spinning methods to ensure geometric accuracy. Welding techniques: Fusion welding: Widely used for connecting low-carbon steel and alloy steel. Pressure welding: Suitable for situations with strict deformation requirements. Brazing: Choose hard brazing or soft brazing based on the working environment. Heat treatment Eliminates welding stress, improves mechanical properties, and enhances the overall stability of the vessel. 

       4. Quality inspection Non-destructive testing: Use methods such as radiography and ultrasound to check for internal defects. Pressure test: Test the sealing and pressure-bearing capacity at the design pressure.

       5. Installation and debugging The manufacturer provides installation guidance and technical training to ensure the equipment operates normally. 

       6. Standards and specifications The entire manufacturing process must comply with the GB series national standards, covering design, materials, welding, inspection, and other aspects to ensure product quality.
