The main body of this device consists of the kettle body device, kettle cover device, swinging device, hand-cranked reducer (manual door opening)/hydraulic system (hydraulic door opening), safety device, support, insulation layer, sealing device, pipeline valves and instruments, etc. The auxiliary parts include the drainage device and the electrical control box.

Design diameter: 400-6000MM.
Door structure: top opening/side opening.
Door operation: manual/hydraulic/pneumatic.
Structure type: horizontal/vertical.
The main part of this equipment consists of the kettle body device, kettle cover device, swinging device, hand-cranked reducer (manual door opening)/hydraulic system (hydraulic door opening), safety device, support, insulation layer, sealing device, pipeline valves and instruments, etc. The auxiliary parts include a drainage device and an electric control box.
1. Kettle body device: mainly composed of the cylinder and kettle body flange welded together. There are (40) teeth evenly distributed along the flange circumference that engage with (40) teeth evenly distributed on the kettle cover flange. A track is laid at the bottom of the kettle for the steam cart to walk or park. Various pipe supports and connections are arranged on the outer side of the kettle body for the inlet and outlet of steam, discharge of condensate, and installation of various instruments and valves.

2. Kettle cover device: mainly composed of the kettle cover flange, dome, and central short shaft welded together. The kettle cover is suspended at the end of the kettle body by the swinging device. The kettle cover can rotate up and down (top opening) or left and right (side opening). When the (40) teeth evenly distributed around the flange engage with the (40) teeth of the kettle body flange, it serves to close the steam pressure kettle.

3. Swinging device:
(1) The side opening door consists of a lifting handle, swinging arm, support plate, pull plate, etc.

(2) The top opening door consists of a counterweight box, swinging pipe, etc.

4. Electromagnetic clutch hand-cranked reducer (manual door opening): fixed on the side of the kettle body flange, mainly composed of a pair of turbine pairs and other parts. It engages with the kettle cover drive component to drive the kettle cover to rotate around the central short shaft, allowing the teeth of the kettle body and kettle cover flange to engage or disengage.
