The air-cooled tower is an important cooling device that has a wide range of applications in many industrial fields.
It mainly relies on air as the cooling medium to achieve the purpose of cooling. In appearance, it has a tall and structurally stable tower body, equipped with reasonably arranged tube bundles, fans, and other key components. During operation, the hot fluid that needs to be cooled (such as hot water, high-temperature steam, etc.) enters the tube bundles inside the air-cooled tower, while the fans equipped in the tower body start to operate, driving a large amount of cold air to continuously flow over the surface of the tube bundles. The heat from the hot fluid is transferred to the cold air through the tube walls, thus achieving heat exchange, allowing the temperature of the hot fluid to gradually decrease until it meets the temperature standards required for subsequent production processes before flowing out of the air-cooled tower.
