Description

During operation, the gas containing dust, impurities, and some harmful components generated from the production process continuously enters the washing tower through the air inlet. In the washing area, a specially formulated washing liquid forms a fine liquid curtain through a spraying device, fully contacting and colliding with the gas. Dust particles, tar, and other impurities in the gas are effectively captured and wrapped, achieving preliminary purification. The gas then continues to rise to the demisting area, where the liquid droplets it carries are removed, and finally, the clean gas is discharged from the air outlet for reuse or further processing.
